Amsterdam-based Elina Tapio is a DJ/radio maker/sonic researcher with a touch for cerebral sets infused by dark atmospheres and psychedelic rhythms.
She performs at both club and listening sessions alike, integrating her signature aesthetic of mysticism and obscurity to each setting.
She co-hosts the experimentally oriented show Scrying the Landscape on Tbilisi’s Mutant Radio with Hannah Pezzack.
Together with Marco Segato the two are producing music under the moniker eoobe: a project dedicated to otherworldly musical expressions, marked by a signature depth and intensity.
Since 2024 the project has released a variety of music on labels such as Esperpento, LÍO Press, A.R.X., and Dubblack.
